Dr. med. Mechtild Thuma

Dr. Mechtild Thuma is an internist specializing in diseases of the digestive system.

She studied at the Medical School of Free University of Berlin and received a doctorate degree in allergies at the Asthma Clinic at the University Hospital Rudolf Virchow, under the direction of Professor Dr. Kunkel.

She performed her clinical training at the Dermatology Department of the Rudolf Virchow Clinic and at the DRC Gastroentrological Hospital West, with focus on Gastroenterology and Diabetes and in the Cardiology Department of the same Hospital (under Dr. Ralph Schoeller).
